From approximately 9:00 PM on August 19 until 1:00 AM on August 20 Pacific time (5:00 am – 9:00 am UTC August 20) our payment processor will be conducting routine maintenance. Most of the Gem Store will function normally during this period. However, purchasing gems and upgrading to Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns in-game will be temporarily disabled. Please check back after 1:00 AM on August 20 to purchase gems or to upgrade your account.
