If you check the history, you can see that it was posted by Poke, probably through datamining and/or use of an automated creation tool for the wiki. If it was posted by ?Warrant Officer Bane":http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/User:Warrant_Officer_Bane aka Stephane Lo Presti, then I suppose we’d actually see it ingame. It could always be one of those things hiding in the files like the gasmask helm skin.
