I’m betting 100 gold that LS season 2 introduces Scarlets long lost evil twin sister.
If I lose the bet I will throw 100 gold worth of stuff in mystic forge, If I win I get to keep my money.

Starts off with a dragon that causes panic and chaos. The dragon becomes the new Scarlet and the several next LS updates after that are about killing its minions and controlling it from taking over Tyria.

Bazaar flies by along with the merchant that trades for shards.

Isn’t it obvious ?

- A Dragon awakes
-This time an Asura will be mind controlled
-This Asura tries to get allies and unites them.
-I would guess Tengu and Centaur, Quaggan and Blood Legion
-Ascalon Ghosts and Skelks…..

-These groups pop up randomly everywhere and have to be zerged down.
-Next step is a marionette but this time a Spider with 6 Legs-
-Then all of them team up and destroy uhmm… Hoelbrak or another randomly not story related city.
-The People fight back and have to face 3 Officers who have to be defeated at the same time.
-Asura gets killed in his flying lab…
- All that without any consequences at all…. defeating the marionette or not it doesn’t matter, personal choices made during battles who cares, losing all events leads to a huge victory or the enemy hordes.
-At the end we figure out the Ausran was searching for an ice crystal and in final batlle it falls from his flying lab over Frost Gorge Sound….
-This will trigger a new Dragon to awake…..

-Announce ground breaking breath taking changes and events
-deliver 5 more shades of red dye
-deliver 3 more pets
-deliver 3 more weapons, 1shild looking like a garbage bin lit, a sword lookinf like a phaser gun and a new armor that looks like space suite.
-Being completely surprised by peoples reactions
-Promise to deliver stunning new stuff to make up

-Insert random Dragon here
-insert not used mind controlled race here
-insert mindless zombie zerking against randomly made mobs here
-insert random even more boring finally here.

This is how it worked so far….

This would be my 1st event of this kind, but i think that ANet should take this speculations in count and suprise everyone.

and that it actually doesn’t matter for the story you win or lose.
I don’t know why sometimes i still ask myself what the purpose of the marionette was .
Really…. she came when meeting some guys destroying them, if nobody came also fine.
In both choice she just went away….

Why lesbian lovers have to be in a game played by kids is also far beyond me.
But that’s just a personal thought

They had Trahearne, boring and whiny. Then came scarlett, to everyone’s surprise a lot more annoying than the first… I can only imagine the horror which will be the third in the top 3 most annoying GW2 characters.

This won’t end well.

Trahearne turns evil, being controlled by the dragon (like Scarlet), he then proposes to you that his life has ended well, and that the only way to stop more corruption into the Pact is if the Commander kill Treahearne.

The End.

You know, Trahearne really had it right after all. I always wondered why he was on about things not ending well. Now, after LS 1 I finally understand.

Its going to be what it always is…10 new achievements with a stupid looking backpiece reward from completing the meta. 3 new zerg events in brisban wildlands fighting the nightmare court, bandits and inquest alliance they teased in the bar dialog, and if we are lucky we get a 3 minute story instance where rox and braham argue, kasmeer and marjory have their tumblr lesbian fan-fiction “i luv u” lines and we just press f through all of it.

Feature pack is the only reason I decided not to drop this game until an expansion with real content…

It’s off topic, but how are Sylvari a boring race ?
They are absolutely refreshing to the regular fantasy crap and love roaming
around in their world

you all forgot the most important part of the new LS: a bromance between two charrs, Bruticus Smashtoaster and Pawnzor Slaughtercrusher. And yep, in the final cutscene the two big furry dudes kiss each others deeply.

-more achievements to zerg
-more bosses to zerg
-more areas ruined for a stupid LW story
-more whining about how easy X is
-more discrimination about how much you can’t play without DPS
and the list go’s on….
