Very nice work, aren’t they? Though I have to say Evon seems to have an expression popularly associated with violating others. LOL

The main thing that catches my eye and only because of my imagination being a buggy little thing is the possibility of players having a visable influence within the world.

The smartest idea in my opinion is to HAVE EACH SERVER HAVE IT’S OWN WINNER OF THE ELECTION if only to reinforce that the mists connect to alternate worlds and that each server is it’s own reality.

I know it’d take alot of resources to work for both possible outcomes but it’d be the truest sense of a living story.

Also sounds like we’re getting a permanently added fractal. My guess would be molten or aetherblade.

This LS makes me think more and more of this mmorpg called Adventure Quest Worlds I used to play, they had every week a new zone and often players could grind out mobs to make 1 side win over an other and influence the story in that way

That might be interesting, since with guesting, players could then take advantage of both.

I don’t think that will really happen though, because it would mean there will be twice the work for every update that deal with Evon or Keil.

I don’t think that will really happen though, because it would mean there will be twice the work for every update that deal with Evon or Keil.

It could potentially be more than that. After the first choice, they may (depending on how this plays out) need to design 4 different outcomes, Kiel A, Kiel B, Evon A, and Evon B.

Much easier to have it be game-wide. Plus I would imagine doing it server to server would also cause population shifts as players move to servers with outcomes they favor.

and, would love the outcome to be server-dependent (will only really need 2 options); will encourage people to try out the guesting feature.

If this Desert Rose is another backpiece skin I’m gonna be kitten ed.. Already have more backpiece skins than I need for all my toons.. A weapon skin would make a nice change for a meta reward

Candidate Trials — Players can enter solo or in a group to support their chosen candidate by taking out waves of Aetherblade pirates. Support tokens and loot (including a rare chance at Aetherized weapons) await players in the Trials.

Aetherized weapons… does that mean that we will be able to get that awesome rapier like sword? Will it be another impossible to get skin? I haven’t got any luck with other event skins, I really hope that this time they have a different system to get those weapons…

Same here Apolyon. My luck with the RNG stuff is not good.

I’m hoping that the skins (both back and the aether) drop pretty frequently. Or at least that they are either tradable or in the case of the aether weapons gotten by trading a token (cause there is only two skins I want, though I’ll probably wind up getting all but those two).

It kinda sucks how they’re giving out Minis for completing the events achievements now. Southsun Cove was the only one that was actually worth the time. Now we’re back to RNG rewards again…

Sadly, this. I’ve missed out on three potential wins in Sanctum Sprint because of the Lightning Pull glitch. I eventually got it handed to me because a couple of other kind players had seen what was happening and let me win, but I’d have preferred it if they didn’t have to…
