I wanted to create this tread to discuss mysteries we don’t have answers on jet.
So i’ll put up a list of mysteries and possibilities that can be the answer. Feel free to add more if i have missed some.

Flame and Frost
- Who is the mind behind the molten alliance?

Secret of Southsun

Dragon Bash
- Who is mr E?
-Ellen Kiel
-Logan Thackeray

Sky Pirates of Tyria
- Is the mind behind the molten alliance the same as the one behind the alliance of Inquest and Pirates and who is it?

- Who is Scarlet?
– Is she the nemesis?

- What are the veterans doing at the holograms and why?
-Trying to get in SAB?

and i think the mind behind the both alliances are the same it looks like the enemies of the good factions are united against the bad to me

I think it is pretty obvious why Logan doesn’t trust the Lionguard. Logan is loyal to the Queen, but there are other factions in power in Lion’s Arch. It is a freeport run by (ex)pirates.

Ellen Kiel’s motives are pretty clear, she is just doing her job.

I’m wondering who Scarlet is, and who this Mister E (Mystery) is.

Why are the Veteran Aetherblades so keen to modify and inject themselves into the holographic world via the holographic projectors?
Are they looking for technology? Magic? Both?
Are they looking for another world to dominate (return of an aetherblade infested SAB in the future)?

Others answered the Lionguard trust issue for Logan. He tells us why he wants to find out who the killer is in the cinematic when he hires Marjorie Delaqua (I know I butchered her name). She asks him, and he says that the Lion’s Arch Councilman who was killed was a good friend of the family.

Yeah, at the projectors that the Aetherblades appear at to ‘mess’ with them, 4 regular guys attack you while an invulnerable Veteran Aetherblade crouches down, tweaks something, and then stands up and steps into the middle of the projector and disappears with a flash into it. It’s very peculiar, and I can only think that ArenaNet are planning to involve them with SAB in some way down the road.

where can i see this happen i want to check it out tomorrow?

Throughout the world there are holographic projectors in each zone that are marked with a red dragon icon on the map. Approach one of these projectors and some Aetherblades pop up. The 4 will attack you while the Veteran does their business and then vanishes into the projector. Not all of the projectors will spawn Aetherblade when approached, instead they will simply have the interact popup to spawn holograms as normal which you defeat for zhaitaffy candy.
