I personally really like this back item. I would love it if it had some sort of animation, though. It does move when my character moves. But i don’t know if i would call that it’s own animation. I would like something similar to the Sclerite Karka Shell back item.

It appears I was mistaken. It seems to move when you have the graphics on higher. I usually play with the graphics low so that’s why I didn’t notice.

Hm, in what way it moves?
Is the vine wiggling?
Some players dont see such an animation, some see it wiggling like a snake.

Sounds like a bug to me. : /

The Sclerite karka shell had this bug too, since a patch.

It looks like a slight wiggling of the vines. It’s nothing drastic. But enough to notice. You might mistake it for it only moving with your character’s movements, but it moves even when I’m not moving. Pop the graphics up to max and check it out.

Ok, this animation is normal.
One have postet it with a real wiggling vine.
I mean… strong animation.
Like a worm or something x_x

I wonder about this.
Maybe Mawdrey animation is bugged? Like the Chaos of lyssas faces in the beginning?

It happens on and off a lot of the time, just gotta be lucky to catch it, i’ve since upgraded to Mawdrey too.

Its moving to strong and… waterlike in the new Videos.
Not like such a vine would move, or not?

Heres my settings, I also made a thread in the Game Bugs section to see if I could get an answer. =o

Too bad there’s no snap-trap or what they’re called part of carnivorous plants, tangling from the vine…
