I got a mail after the opening of super adventure box release from Scarlet, she mentions that she’s going to “make a side project out of me” and that “we’ll be seeing more of each other”. Is this confirmation or just flavor lore for Scarlet?

Obvious nemesis is obvious…least that was my thinking on the whole matter. That was even before I got the mail bomb.

The letter bomb was a nice touch, though.

Who knows? There isn’t an in-game story so, by all means, make one up.

Pssh. Any progeny who took a beginner’s class in explosives and went to a Wintersday surplus shop could’ve done that. I expected something more impressive from one who has allegedly graduated all three colleges in record time.

Personal nemesis? I hope not. I certainly won’t consider her one. I can think of some other characters more deserving of that title.

But it was wrapped nice with a pretty bow! What more could you ask for from a psycho girlfriend.

There is so much dialogue pointing that way that I think it is pretty obvious that she is the Nemesis.
I mean, she DID say that she would made us her “special project”.

She was behind pretty much everything that happened during the Living Story until now. The Molten Alliance, the Aetherblades, Mai Trin… The only LS villain we can’t really connect her with is Canach, and even so, Canach would have nobody to free if it wasn’t for the Molten Alliance (and a lot of us don’t see Canach as a villain, too).

I was sure she was the Nemesis as soon as she showed up during the Opening Ceremony. Also, I remember Mai Trin mentioning her, so we already had a name (Scarlet).

I haven’t gotten any mail from her. Is it b/c I didn’t finish the playhouse?
