Ummm what did we get. I sat at the Ending Bonfire and got nothing…

A pretty amazing one hour buff. 10% to all stats alone is pretty killer, the MF and Xp is a nice plus.

a 1hour buff is the reward for doing all those achievements? O_o

That was.. umm not much to be honest.

I would have preferred something a bit more.. memorable. I mean the fused gauntlets are nice.. but.. they symbolize only half the Living-World story, I would have liked something .. extra.. for having done the whole thing. You know.

i was a bit underwhelmed too in the finale. cant seem to rationalize why the 2 week wait for a bonfire. an achievement for visiting the fire kind of lame hey even a cutscene would have made it better. nope just a hour boon. im sorry but that was lame. they didnt have to give me the world but maybe a 24 hour boon and a cutscene would have satisfied me. or a present with a food item that gave me a 24 hour boon instead of bonfire

Funny thing, i haven’t done anything in the Living story and i can use the bonfire with the 1h buff

I was kind of hoping for a Hitchhiker’s Guild to the Galaxy joke after I read the title…

No the 1hour buff is the reward for visiting LA and clicking on a bonfire.

Don’t forget to check out the new dialog, the rebuilding of cragstead and the hatchery and the beginning of the next story line by talking to the consortium.

Also the fused gauntlets were the reward for the storyline, this was just a bonus as a party celebration.

I’ll be honest, I would have liked a choice of Molten Skins, (I get a ticket I can trade in for 1 of them) for having done everything.

Or a title. Something I could have walked away with, going “yah, I got this!” as opposed to all I got was a few insigna’s for having run the dungeon a few times in hopes of a jetpack.

A one hour buff, for every character on the account, for as many times as you want to click the bonfire. Twenty percent exp buff for leveling an alt is a great reward. The MF and gold bonuses for a leveled character that is playing in Orr or in dungeons is good stuff. It looks like this is going to be around for several days — you should use it instead of berating it.

“Several days”? From what I’m reading It’s only active until tomorrow…

Why you uninstall gw2?

I built a new comp and that in combination with that RNG dungeon I just haven’t re-installed it yet.

I was really digging the F&F event too. Seems like it took a quick turn for the worst at the end though.
