Not sure if this is official or not, but it looks amazing! I doesn’t seem to be on the official site or gw2youtube, but it does look like gw2 artwork .
The guys who uploaded this video says he found it on a website, but doesn’t say which one, so i wonder where he got it from.

well maguma is desert swamp mix at least it used to be. still it looks empty and arena net would not show empty maps

The quality is kinda poor, might be a fake. Regardless, I’m pretty much on “team, more than one map”.

I hope so.
There were some areas of Maguma even in gw1 that were lush, Tangleroot and also Aurora Glade area if i remember correctly.

I kinda feel like this undermines a theory I had recently.

I belive that Arenanet quite some of season 2 content done before release. Seen by the southwestern part of Brisban Wildlands, coming out in Gates of Maguuma being there since release on the map (atleast partially).

This is probably the more western regions. I don’t know where he found it, but it definitely looks like early Guildwars 2 style. It still proves my theory even more right.

Obvious fake to me.

The quality of the video and of the map itself does not match the quality of any trailer before. Also, absolutely no view of characters (whether it be NPCs or the Biconics). With a supposed map release next week, content would have to be much more polished than the blank landscapes showcased by this fake.

It didn’t sound like gw2, they usually don’t have voices in their promo vids, so I googled a bit and found this:

I thought i’d seen it somewhere before. Thanks for calling this a bogus vid. I figured it looked pretty bad for a GW2 trailer. I love the quality of Archeage (graphics), but not a big fan of the gameplay. Too bad too, it’s a pretty game.

Also, that music is from Ascalon, which makes no sense…
