I did the story once with my engineer and got all my rewards, when I did it for my Ranger, I got every reward except for the bag with the Carapace Gauntlet box. The bag showed up in my rewards screen but was not in my inventory when I went to open all the reward bags.

yea they made it harder so u only get 1 now per account, how lame is that right ?
