If anyone knows please do tell, I want to know so I can spread out how much I do over the next two weeks.

There are three that involve combat, one purely story instance that comes after the three combat instances, and some running around in between.

The three combat story missions are the only ones that you can replay for the achievements and bonus rewards.

Note: once you activate replay mode you can’t turn it off. (most likely you can once part 2 of LS S2 is released.)
