Every time I forgot this game is run by anet, anet makes sure to remind me how constanly kittenet they are.

I enter with a toon with almost 0 map completion, made the quest and get a comunicator, ok np, then I find out I need to go in some place…. ok again

logout, log back in with a toon with 100% map completion, no comunicator. going to Divinity, quest is gone, I think that quest is acount wide.

change the toons again to move the comunicator…. of course, wtf shoud I expect anything less then soulbound. This time is my fault I admit it, I got my kitten out of www to do some pve on my own will. Now I’m writing a post, why? I dont know

hopefully this will get hot fixed or just send out communicators to everyone’s characters (kind of like they did with the queen’s gauntlet tickets at the start of that event).

I think it’s very rare that it does much over and above account-bound. In the vast majority of cases, account-bound should be the lowest boundary they drop to.

I delete my comunicator anyway, thats a statement in itself of what I think of their living story ^^

Emisarry is sometimes bugged. I needed to talk to holo Vorpp to take the communicator. Not the Vorpp with spiral over his head.

Account Bound is needed for certain things, not soulbound.

I have the same problem.
