Just wanted to ask a question for the Achievement “Flawless Defense”.
It says you must kill Tequatl without losing a Hylek Turret.
It’s pretty self-explanatory…
But on the other hand I heard that people got the achievement without even killing Tequatl – just getting him to around 90%.
Or like some people suggest he must have brought down to 25%…

Can anyone confirm that this still works and you just have to defend the turrets till Tequatl disappers – dead or not.
If it works servers/overflows who don’t stand a chance of beating Tequatl can at least try to work towards this achievement!

Defeat Tequatl without allowing any of the hylek turrets to be destroyed
That means no turret can be completely destroyed for the entire encounter (you might get the achievement if the event fails and you reach at least the first 25%). The easiest way to do this would probably be to have 1 dedicated turret repair guy per turret group. He should keep the turrets at 100% at all times.
Edit: “Destroyed” means that the red gear shows up and the turret needs to be rebuilt as opposed to repaired.

Backing this up. You cannot lose one single turret (and I misread your post, OP, sorry).

Well according to Dulfy so long as you make it to at least one of the battery phases the achievement can be earned. That might be a bug though.
Again, it’s easy: just have 1 person at each making sure to keep the turrets at 100%. They actually don’t get damaged all that often – the usually die to neglect.

I got 3 jumps over waves towards the ach last night but as far as I could tell it’s impossible to jump over them without getting hit since the knockback happens at a random time before the wave gets to your position.
So yeah the achievements aren’t exactly solid right now it seems.

It’s very hit and miss with lag, but try jumping enough times and you’ll get it. I did. There are plenty of waves per fight, and I think you only need 12 total.
TC lost the fight with Tequatl having 1pct health left and did get the “Flawless Defense” achievement. That was last night. I am pretty sure you don’t have to actually beat Tequatl at this point – if they will change that, no idea

I was just in TC about 1 hr ago, boss had 5% and none of the turrets had died the entire fight, I personally watched/repaired them the entire fight.
We were not able to finish the boss with only 5% left and I did not get the achievement…
