So simple fix return iwarden to how it used to be. it worked ok forr nubs in pve and people in pvp/wvw could use it for all sorts of matter if their skill allowed it.

It was the 1 weapon with the highest skill cap in the game. If you wanted you could, retal stack, condi clear, projectile reflect, pull then snare them in the whirl, hide in a safety bubble even if its target was invis, and dish out aoe interrupts and damage.

No one complained about it being OP (except for those people who got trolled into being pulled off edges).

Lots of people didnt even use it because it was tricky to do properly.

Dont change something that was great fun just because idiots wanted the phantasm to follow the target.

Revert him to stay at summoned location and attack at intervals until he or target dies.

+1, there was no reason whatsoever to make the previous changes.

OMG YES!!!!! focus is my favorite offhand weapon. i was so heartbroken when arenanet broke by making it “follow target”. its usuless when it follows target!!!!. please fix warden by winding back the clock on what you did to it anet

yeah it was my favorite phantasm. i could cast it and it protected me from pistol thieves, i could cast it in the middle of a zerg and get some nice dmg while refelcting. it was reliable. but now its not good anymore. i never wanted it to chase the enemy. its better if it stayed the way it was.
