What’s a good d/d elementalist build for solo roaming in WvW (consider the april 15 patch) using no cavalier trinkets?

Also will that build be good for dungeons and dps.

Tough question. This update will change quite a few things. I’d suggest just waiting it out and seeing what others come up with, then forming your own build based on the knowledge that you gather from others, and from experimenting in game, yourself. Good luck, mate!
