Any other 0/10/0/30/30 d/d eles switch to a spec with bolt to the heart? I think I’ll test an 0/20/0/30/20 build since I’ve never really gotten into post-nerf EA and would like to add more firepower.

I am running 10/30/0/5/25 S/D with bolt and it was great even before the buff

It’s a really nice trait, even better with new buff but for d/d eles you might also consider aeromancer’s alacrity. Bolt really shines for s/d.

I always ran something into air because i didn’t want to gear with precision/crit dmg so much. Also boons on aura were useful. Now the extra damage is just a free bonus lol

I kind of like the new build. I can live without 9 sec attunement swaps and EA. The extra damage from bolt and the 15 point minor are a welcome change. Now I need to test whether vigor on crit or arcane power at 75% hp is better. What do you guys think? Note: playing mainly WvW solo/small group.

Yeah, a bit of air is pretty neat. I run it for Quick Glyphs personally.

It depends. How high is your crit rating, and how good is your defense? If you have, say 50% crit chance, then changing that into surefire crits at a time you cannot control, may not be very useful. Vigor however, often is.
