I’m sick of all the negativity here, so here’s something every ele can agree upon.

It is something no other class can parallel! We are the most fun class to play looks wise!

From lightning whip, meteor shower to churning earth and swirling winds, we have the most epic skills in this game.

I always thought this dude was bad as heck, and no wonder I picked ele. I basically am him!

True, female human casting meteor shower is the prettiest thing in the game.

Also, I fail to find anything more epic than a battlemage.

They tend to play the hero in some of my favorite novels.

I didn’t really play a lot of MMORPGs but I’m really happy about the battle mage theme (aka D/D ele).

Agreed. It’d be all the more epic if Eles who went melee (D/D) were permitted to don heavy armor for their commitment to serve on the front lines.

Wouldn’t that look cool as heck lol.

gotta do the heaviness (i.e. damage mitigation) via magic. that makes sense.

All those neat animations won’t help us be more viable. Our hp and armor are a bad joke, ele is the biggest aggro magnet in the game etc. etc. Cool looking animations won’t fix those issues.

I think you (ElexOrieN) entirely missed the point of this topic, and that coming from me, one bitter, kittened off and disappointed Ele main.

I agree OP, we look fantastic in action, and I would sacrifice my Greater Elemental to the gods of weapon creation for actual whips as dual weapons!
