Guild Wars 2

I am level 40 and have loved playing the elementalist! However? i do not see a need for air and earth elements. What do you guys do with them? I use fire to kill and water to heal and cleanse. I am a staff build and use conjured weapons.

Combo fields and support. Cast swiftness on teammates either using a combo field or air 4, or both at the same time.

If there are no heavies in the group or we have a low-level guardian, I might use Earth 1 to weaken if we’re stacked and attacking a boss.

In PvP, air and earth are good for crowd control.

Pretty sure this is a dev in disguise fishing for justification over the monoelemental play.

Jokes aside, take your time and read the weapon skills, everything has its use even if situational.
