Make Arcane Blast pierce. That’s it.
That is a small life change that will help out imo.
Most times when we put this on our bar we’re taking out lightning flash. I figure it should have a little extra gusto to keep it inline with some other long-ranged abilities that other classes get.

On the topic of Arcane, you could add to Arcane Precision’s proc chance with a bump up to 50% chance, upon activating an arcane spell, for 5s. Possibly a bonus of having this proc off of dodging with Evasive Arcana traited.

The upcoming patch about runes and proc chances, with the inclusion of some traits changed, made me wonder more about arcane precision, so I added it to the first idea.
