Between two im going to mention,I do know that Book of Secrets is best for staff crit dmg elementalist,however seems too expensive to me for a back piece

Which back piece would be most proper for Elementalist use overall out of these two since i play all aspects of GW2

Koss On Koss (24 power,17 toughness,17 vitality)

OR

Tome of the Rubicon (24 Condition dmg,17 Precision,17 Toughness)

Pick one between these two and comment plz

Im picking PTV because its the build i have on my ele but i may switch it for full berserk just to try to compare de damage outpunt in wvw. But its ur choice mate, i wouldnt go cd with staff. Power or Healing power ftw

You gotta keep in mind that the staff has only 3 ‘damage condition’ skills, one of which has a long cooldown, one of which is tough to hit moving targets with and one of which can easily be outdone by your team comboing through your own Lava Fonts.

So condition damage may not be the most optimal pick for a back piece. Like Knox, I would probably go with the PTV piece. I’ll work well in both defensive and offensive builds, due to Power being a major stat. So in a way, it’ll save you gold sicne you’ll only need 1.
