Guild Wars 2

First off I apologize guys I take full responsibility for this nerf, about a week after I get my new toon to 80 Anet decides to nerf it into the ground. For example I started this game with the Ranger class..-_- Then I switched to Thief…nerfed 1 week after I hit 80 on it. After which I just got my fresh Ele to 80 and have never been having more fun playing bunker D/D Ele.

Anyways, I watched the state of the game, and was horrified when they reached bunker Ele. Is the whole point of said build survivability. If you build your class for survivability why should you not have surviving ability. Basically the build kills by out living other players, the damage on it is laughable. So that K.O.’s that build because survivability is lost and it already had a lot less damage. AWESOME!

One might say you could try a power build, to which my reply is: It seems that player “broke wind” and now I appear to be on my back even with tank gear.

Honestly if you are so terrible at this game you can’t kill a D/D Ele I weep for you and your band of merry scrubs. I managed to kill D/D ELes on my Ranger what’s your excuse?

I guess maybe I should finish levelling my Mesmer…oh wait.

Know this: every nerf made is a decision made by Devs in their Envision of the “Balanced game”; those are mainly made on most player complaint, some paper test and eventualy an actualy field check (but a realy poorly 1).
If u have took a look in this forum recently, u would know probably what is going to be hit by nerfbat even without knowing the patch notes.
Don’t get upset and reroll while they remake the staff.

If u want to have some fun, get Thiees, that still have to see 1 realy nerf, or right now u could even pick up a warrior, all those engineer will get the hundred blade stuck in their kitten with boon hate new trait.

I feel your pain. I started out as a power based Mesmer to later see mobs and mobs of them. So, I changed over to the D/D ele and the same thing happens. I always try to play the least played class in any MMO but such is my luck here in GW2.

On a side note, I’ve had an encounter with a Ranger that just ate me alive. This was after he killed the other 2 folks in my group. I almost rolled a Ranger alt after that. Sadly, I hate leveling characters.
