These are all Grandmaster traits, they allow the Elementalist to focus on one Attunement.
Fire:
Master of Fire
Reduce the cooldown on all fire attunement skills by 60%.
Increases the cooldown for all non-fire attunement skills by 100%.
In addition, gain might for 15 seconds every 3 seconds, as long as you are attuned to fire.
Air:
Master of Air
Reduce the cool-down on all air attunement skills by 60%.
Increases the cooldown for all non-air attunement skills by 100%.
In addition, gain fury for 15 seconds every 15 seconds, as long as you are attuned to air.
Water:
Master of Water
Reduce the cool-down on all water attunement skills by 60%.
Increases the cooldown for all non-water attunement skills by 100%.
In addition, Applying a boon to allies heals you while attuned to water.
Earth:
Master of Earth
Reduce the cool-down on all earth attunement skills by 60%.
Increases the cooldown for all non-earth attunement skills by 100%.
All Earth-based spells are instant while attuned to earth. (Only casting them.)

What if you wanted to use two attunements?
So you want to change a class very versatile with 20 skills at disposal to something useless with 5 skills in only 1 attunement to make it easier to play ?

PS.(2): Why not “gain 2s protection each time you cast a earthspell” instead of “All Earth-based spells are instant while attuned to earth. (Only casting them.)”?
