I don’t know if anyone addressed this. If you have no traits in arcana it takes 15 seconds for attunement recharge rate. If you have 30 in arcana you have 60% attunement recharge rate which is 9 seconds which means the cooldown should be 6 seconds. How come when you have full arcana the cool down is 9 seconds?

It doesn’t decrease the CD but speeds up the recharge.

each second the CD isn’t lowered by 1s but by 1+(2*x)/100 where x is the amount of points spent in Arcana

-> 15/1,6=9,375

And the base att recharge is 16 sec for gods sake..Its like everybody makes that mistake!
Forget wiki,remove the arcana switch and there it is..15 appears which means you have above 15 sec more time before the skill is available..lol
