BW3 - Loving the Tempest!
I’ve thought about what you propose for #1. I think it would wind up being OP to get all auras, because I believe if you have multiple auras, any additional effects would stack. For example, if you take the air and earth traits that grant fury, swiftness, and protection on aura, you’d wind up with those boons for an awfully long time.
I’d honestly just rather see an elite skill that does something totally different, more in line with the ‘Tempest’ concept.
Yeah your concept for Rebound would need a drastically higher cooldown (probably 120-180 seconds) if it were buffed that much. I do think the healing values should be raised, but not by an amount so great that it’d become broken hahaha.
And yeah I loved tempest too, and I think that all of the overloads save for water are in a good spot for the damage and support they put out.
Taking a break from GW2 to play various
Nintendo games..
I would be fine with rebound if its intant cast and on 45sec CD. Then it would still be a weak elite on itself, but gets very useful with some runes like lyssa.

What if each application of those auras was on even a 0.1s internal cooldown? Like it would be set up so that one aura could proc all three benefits, and so that if you cast an aura, waited a second and cast another, the benefit would stack, but if you had something like this that cast all the auras at once, it would only proc one stack of the buffs , not 4.
you spend complaining about it on the forums, you’d be
done by now.”
