(Balance blog) Ele. Sceptre needs DAMAGE
Most likely its going to be faster cast for both scepter and foces. The beams are good they just take too long to get a full cast. As for foces a lot of the skills are on way to long of cast times for what they do mostly the gust both water and air ones.
I would not mind seeing scepter get faster cast times and more aoe added to there auto attk. So fire 1 would be a 3 target aoe say 150 earth 1 would pierces though targets and water 1 will do the same as earth 1 with out the bleed but much faster.
A bit off topic but i would not mind seeing foces get a bit more aoe mostly air 5 and water 4 they are on way to long of cd to only hit one target. Maybe fire 4 should do more then just an aura to.
Guild : OBEY (The Legacy) I call it Obay , TLC (WvW) , UNIV (other)

I think by QoL changes they mean they’ll finally be lowering the cast times and aftercast delays for the Scepter auto-attacks, which should bring up damage.
In addition, I hope they consider buffing damage for skills like Arc Lightning.
And Shatterstone needs a serious rework.
Here’s hoping the changes (along with the changes to Air GM Traits) helps bring Scepter back into meta (or at least viability.)
That would be the best way to do it (along with adding AoE). Those cast times and after-casts are ridiculous.
Oh. Thread was moved here to die.
Are very welcome buffs on every auto attack but please dont too much on scepter air 1
Personally I hope they up the coefficients on the autos so they can be used in power builds too, reduce the casts (seriously 3 out of 4 take over 1s to cast) and possibly make them a bit more friendly to use.
I’d also like to see lightening flash changed to mark a target and 0.75-1s later they get hit by lightening or something. Either way it needs to allow for people to be able to dodge a fresh air eles burst without telepathy.
Maybe flame strike could be similar to that fire AoE that Eir uses in the final story mission? Arc lightening could be similar to the old Diablo 2 chain lightening, a launch and it bounces to 2 targets.
