Fire
Burning Precision- the burn duration is what makes this skill worth having. The burn stack and duration of the burn should be increased a bit.

Conjurer- Gain a fire aura when you throw down a conjure. This relying on allies picking it up is lame. Don’t see the use of fire aura in pve where conjures are most used.

One with Fire- has potential to be good. no one likes fire aura as it is though. This trait should additionally increase the might gained by being hit with fire aura to 3 stacks.

Power Overwhelming- its okay for celestial builds that want to focus on condi damage. It should additonally increase power based on condi damage.

Persisting Flames- Its lame that part of the skill relies on you being down. Change it so a 3s lava font appears at the end of a fire field where the field was placed.

Pyromancer’s Puissance- No one stays in fire attunement long enough for this to be useful. Make it so might is gained on a hit. If a drakes breath hits 3 people, you will gain 3 stacks of might.

Blinding Ashes- Global cd kills this. Either reduce the cd like you said or make it apply per target.

Air

One with Air-good change, but feels slower than it used to be. I’d actually prefer if it increased speed by 50% more but lasted 2 seconds.

Ferocious Winds-Increase the ferocity gained by 15% of precision. A simple 10% damage modifier is better than this.

Inscription- This will never be used because glyphs aren’t used.

Tempest Defense- Not as good as I thought it would be. Instead of shocking aura it should lightning flash you away from the area at a range of 1200.

Earth

Geomancer’s Defense- Should be -20% like what was first suggested. Given the range reduction this is fair.

Water

Soothing Ice-This skill is arguably worse than before since its a 20 second cd. Reduce the duration to 15 seconds.

Piercing Shards- Give me a reason to care about vulnerabilty on an ele. The only application we really have is dagger 1 in water and the chance to apply it when we invest in air.

Soothing Power- this won’t get used. Change it to increase outgoing healing affectiveness by 50% to allies. Then it will be used.

Arcane

Elemental Contingency- Increase the duration of the boons applied.

Bountiful Power- If I have 5 boons i get 10% extra damage? This has so much potential, if only you increased it to 4% per boon.

8.6/10. Not enough lava fonts.

A better suggestion would be to make every tick of lava font spawn another lava font. Staff dps isn’t good enough as it is.

But you already gain a fire aura when you summon a conjure with the conjurer trait. And when you’re finished with it you get another when you pick up the second one. All traits that talk about allies include yourself too – you’re your own best ally!

I think glyphs would have a good chance at seeing use if their stun breaker got a revamp. As it is now, its effect is something you’d want to keep up rather than save. Maybe change it to something like:

Gain 5 seconds of an aura depending on your attunement @30 sec recharge
or gain 6s swiftness and a boon depending on attunement @60sec recharge

Aside from that, I suppose the summons could use some more health.
