Guild Wars 2

So I’ve spent a considerable amount of time away from my elementalist. Been successfully playing a roaming ranger. However I miss the versatility of my ele. I’m currently using runes of altruism and clerics armor. I have 1,211 healing power and around 2,200-2,500 armor and power. I run 0/10/10/20/30 and use staff and scepter focus/dagger. My question is have we been improved to where maybe I can do more damage? Or should I just stay with my old build and out heal my enemies and whittle them down with my damage? Thanks for any help

Sorry to break it to you but our damage is still crap. Not only that our survival has taken a hit as well with them nerfing our condition cleansing and mobility due to thief complaints on this forum from bads who refuse to do anything but stealth and spam #2 over and over again.
