I have a guide for once you are level 80 and doing dungeons in my sig.

Despite what others say, I like double daggers for leveling.

I like 0-30-10-0-30 for as long we can abuse fresh air until anet destroys that too.

Neko’s guide is a must indeed, especially for beginners. And go for D/D!
