PvP: Divinity Runes
WvW: 3x Divinity + 3x Traveler

The best runes are infiltrator because they let us stealth just right before dying like an actual thief type class!

Depends popular runes for elementalist are

Divinity
Wurm
Boon duration for 45%-75% (several options to get there)
Melandru
Hoelbrak
ruby orbs
beryl orbs
full traveler

I think that covers it. This is popular across all professions but the boon duration is more a guardian, elementalist, engineer thing.

Best runes depends on what your goal is with your build.

Lyssa is solid, wouldn’t recommend using signet of restoration with it though.
+165 precision
+10% condition duration
Gain a random boon for 10 seconds after using a healing skill
Gain all boons for 5 seconds after using an elite skill

Scholars for Ele’s in PvE. There is no other option.

My personal favorite and I have it on 2 different set of armors is divinity. Now for the upcoming 10th patch I am starting to love rune of the traveler as much or possibly even more than divinity for my ele.

Since my ele is mostly staff and I tend to stand on the back most of the time, glass cannon, scholar is all I use in PvE in ZvZ, though Im starting to lean towards my third Traveler Runes set to lose that signet of air for another cantrip of some sort

I don’t play ele but scholar runes. If you want more sustain divinity runes, or maybe mix boon duration with ruby orbs for pugging for better upkeep of might
