Are the boon duration runes still the best for a D/D 0/10/0/30/30 zerker build?

Or would something like runes of divinity be better? Is there a cheaper alternative to runes of divinity?

divinity / ruby orbs.

man I can’t wait until they nerf 0/10/0/30/30.

I wonder if they will make some changes to the other weapons as well to make them on more equal footing.
