Best runes for d/d ele?
What is better than 25 stacks of might, perma fury, swiftness, vigor and long duration regen and protection?

Is using the superior and major runes of water along with superior rune of the monk really worth it just for the boon duration? I know it really jacks up your boon duration but is that really so much better than using other runes that give you more stats?
