Biggest fail
It only matters in pve, and in that regard I suppose it helps D/X Fresh air builds, who get lets of damage from lightning whip and can swap every 5s. For pvp, it is irrelevant, because there is no viable weapon/playstyle that fresh air synergizes with. Scepter/X just doesn’t have the damage to effectively burst or the sustained damage to bruise. Dagger/X can’t take fresh air b/c it needs max-defense to not immediately blow-up in melee range. Staff air is just utility and you shouldn’t be swapping into air all that frequently. Plus, staff has to bunk up like dagger too in pve b/c the damage isn’t reliable, forcing you to sustain long enough that stray hits eventually whittle down your opponent.
