Change:
-All staff aoes are renormalized to half-way between their current radius and blasting staff radius
-Blasting Staff (new): all aoe’s increased to their current size. Staff range increased to 1500 (not that great of a distance change, as 1200 is sufficient, but 1500 can be nice if you want it).

Those weapon-related traits shouldn’t even exist. Base area of effect should just be 25% bigger. It’s the only weapon-related trait that’s “required” (or useful for that matter, but that’s only because it’s required for efficacy) just to get a decent area of from your skills.

All three of those traits need to be scrapped, or completely reworked.

I think a better thing for the trait would be..

Blasting Staff: Staff Area Effects are larger (keep the increases how they are or decrease depending on how this next part effects them) and Flame Burst, Ice Spike, and Lightning Surge are now Blast Finishers.

(Flame Burst and Lightning Surge activate the finisher on the player)
