Do Elementalists have a better anti-break bar skill than Ice Bow?

Seems eles lack skills to break bars…

Magnetic Shield is good at that.
Lightning Hammer comboes too.

Dagger offhand: Updraft, Earthquake
Focus Offhand: Gale, Comet

These do a lot of damage to the break bar, though I find updraft/gale/comet to be a little temperamental with if they damage or not lately.
