Hi guys, I came across with an ele before and I noticed he’s got a whole long row of buff/boon. Other than the most common nourishment-food,sharpening stone etc, this guy’s got at least 4 others boon with 31 minutes duration the time I clicked on him. All of those starting with ‘blessing of xxx’ like blessing of bear.
I do not know any other nourishment give such a long duration of boon. Is it ele skills? but 30 minutes?? is it possible?

Actually I’ve seen some of those- I got the blessing of bear consumables in the norn starting area from a random Npc.

It supposedly gives toughness but I checked my toughness before and after and never noticed a difference.

Anyway, I assume the other blessings give similar stat increases (assuming they work properly).

Also, don’t forget about things like buffs that can be put up on things like claimed keeps that affect players there.

Oh, he is referring to those little blessing buffs from the heart merchants?

thanks all for answering. I checked and found something called wolf/bear offering, i wonder of those are the thing we are talking about. But it has got only 10min duration, is it stackable?

Nope, can´t buy from TP as far as i know, but i´d imagine treck down to starter area is not all that hard.
Guildie mentioned something about 8c if i recall correctly, but migth´ve been some other item too.

That´s from dredge haunt cliffs, it´s food buff (notice the nourishment sign), so it overrides your food.
Blessing spoken of earlier are unique buffs in that they don´t override anything, much like skale venom, and offer far less stats (+6 apparently).

I"m curious of this too. Was just in WvW and a character had 18 buffs/boons on him. Including those from Bear, Wolf, Raven, and Snow Leopard. But, they had 44 minutes left.

Now how can a 10 minute food last 44 minutes????

Those are offerings bought from wayfarer foothills karma vendors for 16 copper each. They increase your stats by 6 and have 10 minutes duration. Duration stacks though, so basicly you could just buy a kitten ton and have infinite buff.
