Guild Wars 2

Hi I have a problem and was wondering if other elementalists ever encountered it. I started using a staff today after not playing my elementalist for a while. The problem is i simply cannot use healing rain or windborne speed. The abilities show that they are learned but hitting the hotkey nor clicking it outright will trigger it. I can switch to fire attunement and use meteor shower but if i go back into water or air and try to use the aforementioned abilities they done work. I don’t use any different keybinds, its just 1-5. Has anyone else experienced this?

Nevermind apparently it was some sort of bug. The game thought the abilities were unlocked but when I started fighting they unlocked after 1 fight. Ignore my post.
