It is a pretty cool weapon but sort of clunky at the moment as dagger is just better in every way. We really need a rebalance/overhaul or Tempest will be just d/w thing.

Agree. It’s AAs are probably the worst in the game. And with the new mechanic forcing us to stay in 1 element for some time, scepter will be useless.

They said in the article that fresh air would refresh overcharges so thats something, considering the “meta” fresh air build doesn’t use water, so it’d have room to pick up tempest, but I agree that fixing it will be needed, but I think d/wh looks so far to be a very powerful combination.
