Is celestial armor still viable for elementalists for wvw?

For roaming? yeah as far as i know

Not only viable but the best armor combination.

For roaming it is great, and offers great flexibility if you want to play diff. builds. For zerg fights, you can play a little glassier, but you can get there by swapping in some zerker trinkets.

If you are a hard-core pve-er, it isn’t going to be optimal. However, if you have a diff. set of trinkets, you can easily swap those and not lose out too much with cele armor/weapons vs. a full-dps build.
