Guild Wars 2

Hi all. I have just started to play ele and aim to use a d/d build mainly. (will be running staff when in guild raids). I was looking at this build: http://metabattle.com/wiki/Build:Elementalist_-_D/D_Roamer but I can not get any celestial gear yet, as I have just kitted my thief out and am left with 50g; I was wondering what alternative builds there were to this one; where I will not need celestial armor… Any help is appreciated.

i am using 10011 with a mix of celestial, berserker, cavalier, knight and clerics if i remember correctly
it is possible to go without celestial but i would say some celestial parts are useful
you just gotta min/max the amount of equipment to gain your dream stats

for tht i would personally wait for any build calculator like gw2skills.net to update to the new patch as otherwise that may become really expensive
