Such a turn off for a lot of people, one of our best gear sets for the healing power+condi+and power stat being added in there, having to wait so many days to actual craft and use.
Doesn’t make much sense – why is this gear set such a struggle?

They wanted to add a sense of “horizontal progression.”
Celestial can be ok if you are trying to solo or something, but in groups you almost always better off speccing more into power as other classes handle condis much better (necro and engie especially).
