Guild Wars 2

While at work today I had a great idea for either a new elite or a change to the current elite that Tempest is getting.

This follows along with how all our current elites are (read: useless) but with a twist, it is actually useful!!!

Here is my proposed change:

Cooldown: 25 seconds
Cantrip

And that is it, it does absolutely nothing else. The name could be something along the lines of “actually use the runes that work with elites” or something.

Since most eles trait for Cantrips, this has a nice low cooldown for vigor and regen. This also has the added benefit of allowing people to try out those runes, in particular Lyssa and Sunless look like they could be amusing to play with. AND, if you go the Lyssa route that lessens our need to go into water for condi cleanse.

There, an elite that can kind of compete with FGS, but has a use in combat other than escaping.

EDIT: It also opens up more build possibilities than the entire Tempest Spec combined. (my opinion obviously)
