- RTL requires a target to work
- damage of auto-attacks increased for staff and dagger
- mist form and flash no longer break stun

Meteor Shower now has a 1 minute cooldown, damage reduced by 50%.

Down with the braindead faceroll classes.

These all sound like valid changes that would fix the Elementalist class.
