Arcane Shield trait, still claiming it triggers at 25% health, does indeed trigger at 10% now. I just had it happen to me. Nice that they didn’t change the tooltip though, in hopes that people won’t notice until they got used to the trait being crap now.
Was pure luck noticing this because now you usually die in 95% of all cases before this trait triggers anymore.
Oh and is arcane power still “bugged” too? (as in, mysteriously not matching the tooltip anymore, without any patch notes. I mean the 2 attacks vs 5 attacks “bug”.) I’m not using it anymore so I wouldn’t know.

Well have they actually acknowledged it as a bug or is just everyone hoping for it to get fixed while they hope for everyone to forget about it and not bothering anymore?

Seriously, I would have preferred a massive bug fix patch 100times over a seasonal event patch. Don’t get me wrong, I like seasonal events very much, but please direct all your forces into fixing the BASE GAME FIRST. It’s like building cool stuff..on sand. Thanks!
Alternatively, pay me as beta tester. That will work, too.

I know I’m strict, but I’m so for a reason. I’m frigging tired of sorting out runes and traits to find out they DONT WORK as they should/tooltip says.

I feel your pain.
corporate decisions often look like crud especially when its my bug they are returning as “wont fix.” i dont work a anet but i have sat in bug meetings in other companies.

It may be worth noting that to use this trait maximizing vitality would seem to make the most sense so that 10% margin is high.

with 10k hp a 2k hit will blow right by that 10%.
