WvW – dead the moment you get looked at. Thats all you need to know, the damage would be good but the moment you get touched by a thief you will be downed. Guessing zergging only?

PvE damage:

Your traits in fire are wrong. You want VI, VII (that one is right at least), and most importantly, XI. XI means your lava font deals one more tick, raising your dps by ~20%.

No reason for any of your earth choices either, since they don’t help damage. People usually choose earth VI on staff builds for more damage. 30 in earth also takes way too much toughness.

Besides that, your points are probably better spent on 20 in air (again, lots of % damage increases there, and precision and crit damage are useful) and 10 in water (for the % damage increase). Blasting staff is debatably useful— if you’re playing with an organized group, lava font is already large enough to hit most clumped enemies and you don’t need the larger AoEs. It might be more useful in pugs.

Any PvE damage build that doesn’t take FGS is… not a PvE damage build either.

PvE Support: I’m not sure there’s a real application for a cleric support elementalist in PvE. But I guess this is as good as such a build could be?

for that PVE support build, I had PUGs in mind because the one’s I’ve been in usually are terrible at working as a team, I figure I’ll try to keep them alive. …At least as long as they don’t abandon me when I inevitably get downed because we didn’t clear trash…

for the PVE damage build, again I had PUGs in mind because of the very same reason, and for the most part, the extra toughness keeps me alive, the might stacking keeps might stacked up on me as much as possible, and the increased AOE size is just to deal more damage I suppose, I could exchange it for Bolt to the Heart in air.

For that WvWvW damage build, I took into account that really… when are you NOT in a zerg of varying size? Again, from personal experience in WvWvW I chose a build that’s good both for doing damage, blinding, and swiftness. I thought that was one of the better ideas I had, given the general, albeit boring pattern of zerging in WvWvW.

I also had a conjuration build in mind for PVE damage/support, but I didn’t know what the point would be besides for frost bow and fiery greatsword.
