D/D Condition Elementalist Video
Nice job not using perplexity runes. My only beef is we simply don’t dish out enough condition damage and any person traited with good removal will be impossible to take down 1v1 let alone 2v1. Also, be warned of really bad elementalists coming into here to criticize you.

Yeah, I did have that problem in a duel with a stun lock warrior. I kept pressure with conditions, but he removed them so easily and when he used berserker stance I had to wait until its effect wore off. I did took him down to 50% health, but only when he had poison and burning. Thanks for the feedback.
That’s impressive, I once tried to use a full condition damage d/d Elementalist in PvP, but it didn’t work out too well.

Thanks! I have to try it in sPvP, but I don’t see it working as well.
Nice d/d bunker adaptation for added condition damage.
It was interesting to see how horrible some of those players you fought with was. A necro that don’t use death Shroud? Has wvw zerg play dulled people to the extreme that they are playing worse than npc’s and forgetting half of the profession?
MrRivers.9487,
Viewing your video was worth the time. I do not know how you managed to run into so many not specced for condition removal in the current meta, but winning a 4v1 is a feat, regardless. Your skill is tops. You played exactly how all of us should, given the paltry tools. You managed to stay around the edge of your damage range, avoiding damage by short range melee. You moved in and out of battle effortlessly. Your high health gave you a good margin to make use of healing, enough to counter the weakness of the offense a condition Ele faces. You also patiently reserved Cantrips until the optimum time. This video is evidence of the advantage player skill has in GW2. You are among the best, Sir. Bravo!
With the new diamond skin trait I was thinking you could try something like this. You lose some vitality but gain toughness and healing power. T hat will help you stay above the 85% threshold longer.

Thank you for your kind words. Glad you enjoyed the video.

It looks promising. I will definitely test this.
ooh so this is the build you were using before. Pretty nice ticks on those bleeds and burns. You seem to kill just as many people as you did before with your previous spec. And people usually don’t expect high condition damage from an ele, so that’s a plus. Great job as usual, i’m glad you’re on our side.
Ahh its the ele clicker that is awesome come to show us how to be viable with condis NOT using perplexity. You sir are officially the reason I can’t make fun of clicking ever again. Great vid, and again… nice job not cheesing out with perplex.

Its pretty similar to my other build, but it focuses on power and has more healing power. What I like about this build, like you said, people don’t expect an ele to have high cond dmg and it takes them by surprise. :P

Yeah its amazing. You click with mouse and still be that good and that is pure compliment.
Somehow i cant get over that you click and i would like to see you playing with hotkeys. Turning looks so slow and i just don’t get why would anyone play like that.
but i have to say you got mad skillz and will look forward to see more videos from you
