D/D DPS + Mobility Build?
I run 0/4/0/4/6, and take Air I, VI, Water III, X, and Arcane II, VIII, XI.
You could swap out Arcane II (Renewing Stamina) for Arcane VI (Windborne Dagger) for +25% movement speed if mobility is really important to you – I usually decide depending on if I’m roaming by myself or with other people who have more swiftness uptime.
Gear-wise I go for a mix of Knights and Celestial with Zerk/Valk trinkets, Battle and Energy sigils, but obviously you could try out different stuff.

You can t have a PvE build working for WWW.
For WWW you can go 02246 or 03236 but the latter is really risky
DON T use windborne dagger.

This has more attack, but will los to any condition damage build
If you use 02246 you can use condition cleansing wave and do better.
Playing with this build in full berserker equip requires experience, really few people goes to www with full berserker in roaming.
On the opposite Pve requires full berserker equipment.
And a more offensive build that would be a suicide in www.
Runes:
Strength would be good but they cost a lot.
So rangers are good also and less expensive.
GW2 balance:
A PvE player is supposed to avoid a 1-2 second 1 shotting aoe.
A WWW player is considered uncapable of avoiding a 5,75 second aoe for half his health.

Yes 02246 can work. Mobility – You can :
Gain swiftness now with a3 and w4 and also cover
distance with LF and F3 and do an A5 , there is no need
for windborne.
02246 is fun. But lets see what the patch brings to really go further on this spec
if water gms are improved
