Guild Wars 2

A good night of World vs. World on Jade Quarry against Blackgate and Sea of Sorrows. Good fights all around. I used a modified version of oZii’s Elementalist build which can be found here on the thread he posted in this same section.

I’m still liking Celestial gear despite the drop in Ferocity, especially on trinkets. The build I’m using has a solid amount of survivability while still dishing out nice damage, even in the infamous T1 blobfests. Triple cantrips are really nice again, especially in WvW. What do you guys think?

cute, but you are not doing as much damage as a warrior and not as much healing as a staff ele, and they really really want you to be casting water fields and calling them in whatever voice communications you have. If your wvw server is not t1 you may be one of the reasons.

there was a flock of unbelievable kitten kittens in EotM today trying to take out a gate. My staff ele healing is as cranked as I know how to make it, and I just kept casting water fields on them and blasting them myself, since there is no voice communication in EotM. I was surprised, how many of those uplevels I could keep alive, just throwing water on them while they pv door. Must have been 10 min. I just left.

And to be honest, the JQ TS is usually in total silence when I’m in it.

To the video: Not what I expected (I was looking for a roaming video), but not bad. That tornado that knocked all those people off the tower was pretty amusing.

Sounds like a well rounded build. Could anyone give me feedback on my projected build when I’m finished crafting asc armor?

Revised it after experimenting some more with my last build. Thoughts?
