Your build resemble the d/d roamer of old, I especially congratulate you on the use of cantrips, shouts effectively reduce your self-sustain in favour of group support, when it comes to self-sustain , cantrips are still the kings.
With the right stats this class can really shine…shame they decided to remove celestial from pvp to cut our wings
I enjoy viper/cele mix with durability rune in WvW as roamer :-). Especially all the thiefs lurking around have a hard time :-).
