D/D Rotation for Single and AoE?

For leveling, generally:
Start in lightning usually (you may have skills to increase movement speed, so you’re getting from one mob to another a lot faster). Ride the lightning in. Updraft. (don’t forget the aura. I always do.)
Switch to fire—Burning speed to close the range from updraft.
Ring of fire.
Fire breath.
Burning Hands.
Switch to Water. Drop all abilities (including auras). Use Frozen burst last (this causes chill).
Switch to Earth. Roll back a few feet and start Churning Earth (long cast time). The enemy would be chilled, so they take a second to get to you which gives you the time you need to get it off. Hit ring of earth then earthquake.
If you have no pts in arcane, you may have a slow element cycle time. In which case, just spam impale until Lightning comes back up and you can repeat.
Rinse, repeat.

When playing ele you dont want to stay in one attunement for long. point is to constantly switch, i recommend going like this: start in air and knock down your enemy, go to earth for more knock down + bleed, if your on low hp go to water and heal with skill 2 and 5, then go to fire to finish them off
p.s. your a low lvl to be worried bout the rotations and other stuff, for now learn all the skills and try to figure our your self how to best combine them

Actually you want to like this, after burning speed use fire grab if you hit the mob with the burning speed, then use ring of fire, switch quickly to earth, and use magnetic grasp , earthquake and then chucking earth.
This way you are stacking might and fire aura, and since you probabaly are using 10 points in air trait for the zephyr boon, that aura will give you mspeed and fury
