D/D boon build for solo or friendlies.
I’ve been running something similar, especially in WvW and dungeons… I sacrifice the extra 10 in arcane for the might i get from power when I’m in a party, I carry full zerkers jewelry (although I’m working on my fotm rings and stuff) and AC exotic armor, power/vit/tough with 2 runes of monk, 2 runes of water and 2 runes of (I think rage) whatever give fury duration.
even with less in arcane, with the runes I’m able to maintain perma swiftness and fury, keep at least 15 stacks of might on myself and allies, crit chance at 60% after fury, crit dmg at 63%.

I use that same build as the OP except I use renewing stamina instead of windborne dagger, and swap out the a water skill depending on whether I’m soloing or in a group. If I’m soloing, its cleansing water instead of powerful aura, and if I’m in a group its cleansing wave instead of soothing disruption.
I use it with soldier’s gear in both pvp and pve, and I find it works well in both situations, although I mix in some knights/berserker in pve.

it’s funny, now that I think about it, it’d be awesome if we could just have 5 more trait points JUST 5 TINY POINTS ANET
Then you could still run 15 in arcane to get fury on swap and have 10 in power for might stacks with spell slinger.
c’est la vie I suppose.
Windborne dagger is useless
I run basicly the same build, but with even more focus on group support: reduced cd on water skills and cleansing wave, for group wide condition removal and bit more frequent aura buffs.
2x monk, water and earth runes.
Shame that boons from cantrips aren´t shared :/, but cant have everything.

boons from aura’s are shared, but I agree, if boons from cantrips were shared, it’d be nutz
I slightly edited the build and added what I have for armor, runes and sigils. I still need to get 4 of the runes to make it complete but am a little low on money. Afterwards I’m gonna try and get the legendary daggers
I do agree with all of you with the perma swiftness the 15% dagger boost is useless plus we really do need those 5 more traitpoints and I wish they had an elite cantrip…

Yup that’s what I’m using now too. Just need to get some more runes for even longer boon duration. I wish there was a sigil for boon duration…
i just wanted to ask about which jewels and gear you run with because i couldn’t get it from your post.

so the traits in arcana changed, 5 and 15 swapped places and you really need the atunement bonuses to linger and the extra boonduration and shorter atunement swap recharge is awesome. Sure no perma swiftness and stuff but I find that making less boons but having all your boons for 10% longer is way better.
